Meet Asfrah Syed-Emond

Practising in Ottawa for over 25 years. A graduate from the University of Ottawa.

For the first 16 years Asfrah primarily practiced in plaintiff personal injury litigation. She also has extensive experience drafting wills. She has experience in estate administration and litigation.

She has participated as counsel in many trials and has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, Court of Appeal of Ontario and has drafted a leave to appeal before the Supreme Court of Canada. She has participated in hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences.
